Aprepitant is a kind of neurokinin -1 (NK-1) receptor antagonist, is anti-cancer drugs chemotherapy vomit, by the German Merck Research success, in March 2003 the United States Food and Drug Administration approved for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. This product has a highly selective affinity for people and has a low affinity for 5- hydroxytryptamine, dopamine and corticosteroid receptors.
